2013 Running and Life Goals

I’ve read a lot of posts over the last few days about New Years Resolutions and how no one sticks to them. Personally I think picking something to work on for a year is great but you need both long term and short term goals in order to succeed.

So, my 2013 resolution is to set 2 long term goals for the year and 2 short term goals each month.

Long Term Goals

  1. Be a better Wife and Mom (totally subjective to my own feelings but a happier me is a wonderful thing)
  2. PR in 5k, 10k, 10 miler and half marathon

January 2013 Goals

  1. Setup a better bedtime routine with David and become consistent doing it every night
  2. Log 70 Miles

Lets see if I can accomplish my short term goals this month!!
