Goodbye 2008

1 Jan

To celebrate the ending of our horrific year we headed out to TJ’s house to hang out and watch the ball drop. There was a ton of food, a bonfire, ice luge, pool table, and darts…basically enough to keep everyone going until midnight. It was WAY too cold out (20 degrees) for me to watch the outdoor festivites of football and the ice luge so I stayed inside with the other women and Heather’s new baby girl. She’s adorable and so well mannered it’s unbelievable. Everyone behaved themselves and Dan and I headed home around 1 am.

We hope everyone had a wonderful New Year celebration and made it home safely. We are very excited for what 2009 is going to bring us and hopefully since 2008 was so harsh to us this year will be better!
